The Steve Madden gift with purchase promotion with and activity participation excludes any employees, agents of or consultants of Steve Madden South Africa (The Company), their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies or the advertising, promotion or sales agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.

3. The gift with purchase promotion is open to residents of the Republic of South Africa with valid South African bank accounts in order to claim the gift with purchase.

4. This gift with purchase promotion is open to individuals who are citizens of South Africa or legal residents in South Africa during the period of the gift with purchase promotion, with a valid ID or passport, aged 18 years and older.

5. This gift with purchase promotion is exclusive to the Republic of South Africa.
