1. Steve Madden South Africa is a nationwide retailer in the footwear industry that markets and sells footwear, handbags and accessories in South Africa that is owned by Steve Madden International.

2. The Steve Madden Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo and activity participation excludes any employees, agents of or consultants of Steve Madden South Africa (The Company), their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies or the advertising, competition or sales agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.

3. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo is open to residents of the Republic of South Africa with valid South African bank accounts in order to participate.

4. This Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo is open to individuals who are citizens of South Africa or legal residents in South Africa during the period of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo, with a valid ID or passport, aged 18 years and older.

5. This Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo is exclusive to the Republic of South Africa.

6. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo commences on 6 November 2024 – 2 December 2024

8. Steve Madden South Africa shall use your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013, and only for the purpose set out in these terms and conditions.

9. The Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo is non-negotiable, nontransferable
and non-refundable.

10. No refunds are permitted for items purchased on the Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday Promo.

11. Only exchanges are permitted for items purchased on the Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday Promo subject to the conditions as set out in our exchange policy.

12. Steve Madden South Africa do not take responsibility for personal loss, injury or death during the fulfilment of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo. Steve Madden South Africa accepts no liability whatsoever for the misuse of Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo and are not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality.

13. By participating in the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo, customers hereby indemnify Steve Madden South Africa, the organisers, their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participation in the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo.

14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo will be notified to customers as soon as possible by the promoter.

15. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate customer details supplied by any customer or by any third party connected with this Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo.

Any personal data relating to the customer will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the customers’ consent.

22. Except as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 South Africa, the judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promo will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Steve Madden South Africa reserves the right to substitute the promo for an alternative promo of equal or greater value should the promo promoted not be
available due to unforeseen circumstances.

24. Steve Madden South Africa will not be held liable for any customer that
provides incomplete or incorrect details and any technical glitches beyond its
control.

25. All information relating to this competition and published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and conditions of entry.

26. Steve Madden South Africa reserves the right to withhold the promo in the event that they reasonably believe, in their sole discretion, that the customer is not eligible to receive participate in the promo or has contravened any of these.

27.
