Will the items in my basket be reserved for me?

No, the purchased article will be taken out of stock for you when you have paid.

Can I cancel/adjust my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or adjust an order.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Mobicred as payment options.

Are all prices including VAT?

Yes, all prices are including VAT in South African Rands.

How do I use a coupon code?

If you want to use a coupon code, you can add it in your basket. A message will appear confirming successful processing, or an error message if it fails.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

Stevemadden.co.za only ships within South African borders. For queries, reach out to customer support.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries are completed between 3-7 working days, with potential delays during peak sale periods.

How can I track my order?

We’ll email you a link to track your parcel once shipped. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy and conditions?

You can return unworn items within 30 days. Visit ‘My Account’ to start a return. Original packaging and tags must be intact.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

No, only refunds are available. Email info@stevemaddensa.co.za with your order number, and we will assist you.
