1. Steve Madden South Africa is a nationwide retailer in the footwear industry that markets and sells footwear, handbags and accessories in South Africa that is owned by Steve Madden International.

2. The Steve Madden Black Friday promo with and activity participation excludes any employees, agents of or consultants of Steve Madden South Africa (The Company), their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies or the advertising, promotion or sales agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.

3. The Black Friday Promo commences on November 2025.

4. By entering this Black Friday Promo, a customer is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. To participate in this Black Friday Promo, you will need to purchase from online stevemaddensa.co.za or instore. Any items purchased on Black Friday promo are non-refundable.

6. Steve Madden South Africa shall use your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013, and only for the purpose set out in these terms and conditions.

7. The item (and what they include) for this Black Friday Promo are non- negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Steve Madden South Africa do not take responsibility for personal loss, injury or death during the fulfilment of the Black Friday promo. Steve Madden South Africa accepts no liability whatsoever for the misuse of the reward and cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality.

9. By receiving this Black Friday Promo, customers hereby indemnify Steve Madden South Africa, the organisers, their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participation in the promotion, acceptance of the purchase (or non-participation) in a promotional-related activity.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Black Friday Promo and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to customers as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate customer details supplied to any customer by any third party connected with this promotion.

12. The Black Friday Promo is as stated, no other alternatives will be offered. Promo is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute the promo with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Black Friday Promo will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Black Friday Promo terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

15. The customer agrees that the promoter may use his/her name and image in any publicity material relative to this Black Friday Promo. Any personal data relating to the customer or any other customers will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the customer’s prior consent.

16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social network.

17. Except as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 South Africa, the judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the Black Friday promo will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. Steve Madden South Africa reserves the right to substitute the Black Friday Promo for an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the prizes promoted not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.

19. Steve Madden South Africa will not be held liable for any customer that provides incomplete or incorrect details and any technical glitches beyond its control.

20. All information relating to this Black Friday Promo and published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and conditions of the promotion.

21. Steve Madden South Africa reserves the right to withhold the Black Friday promo in the event that they reasonably believe, in their sole discretion, that the customer is not eligible to receive this promo, has contravened any of these.

Steve Madden South Africa | POSSESSION R700 VOUCHER PROMO 2025/2026

1. Steve Madden South Africa is a nationwide retailer in the footwear industry that markets and sells footwear, handbags and accessories in South Africa.

2.The POSSESSION R700 VOUCHER PROMO 2025/2026 commences on 23 November 2025 and will end on 31 January 2026.

3. To qualify for the POSSESSION R700 VOUCHER PROMO 2025/2026, a customer must purchase the Possession Black sneaker during the promotional campaign period.

4. Should the Possession Black Sneaker be refunded, both the unused R700 voucher and the sneaker itself will need to be returned for the full refund. Should only the sneaker be returned and NOT the R700 voucher the Possession Black sneaker will be refunded for R1099.00.

5. The R700 voucher is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. The R700 voucher will be deemed invalid if the voucher is missing any one, or all, of the following; a store stamp, the originating (issuing) order number and store representative signature.

7. Items bought using the R700 voucher cannot be refunded, only exchanged for the equivalent amount purchased.

8. The POSSESSION R700 Voucher promo is to be used on one purchase that exceeds R700 as no change will be given on the voucher itself.

9. The POSSESSION R700 VOUCHER PROMO 2025/2026 is as stated, no other alternatives will be offered.

10. Steve Madden South Africa will not be held liable for any customer that provides incomplete or incorrect details and any technical glitches beyond its control.

11. The physical POSSESSION R700 VOUCHER is only valid at Steve Madden Stand Alone stores.

12. The POSSESSION R700 VOUCHER is only valid on full price purchases.

13. Only one POSSESSION R700 VOUCHER can be used at a time for each purchase.
