1. Steve Madden South Africa is a nationwide retailer in the footwear industry that markets and sells footwear, handbags and accessories in South Africa that is owned by Steve Madden International.
2. The Steve Madden GWP SOCKS PROMO with and activity participation excludes any employees, agents of or consultants of Steve Madden South Africa (The Company), their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies or the advertising, promotion or sales agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.
3. The GWP SOCKS PROMO commences on 29 May until 1 June 2025
4. By entering this GWP SOCKS PROMO , a customer is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Steve Madden South Africa shall use your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013, and only for the purpose set out in these terms and conditions.
6. The item (and what they include) for this GWP SOCKS PROMO are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
7. The item (and what they include) for this GWP SOCKS PROMO may differ from marketing images which are for illustration purposes only.
8. A customer must spend R2000 or more in order to qualify for this GWP Socks Promo (Including sale items).
9. Steve Madden South Africa do not take responsibility for personal loss, injury or death during the fulfilment of the GWP SOCKS PROMO. Steve Madden South Africa accepts no liability whatsoever for the misuse of the reward and cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality.
10. By receiving this GWP SOCKS PROMO , customers hereby indemnify Steve Madden South Africa, the organisers, their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participation in the gift with purchase promotion, acceptance of the gift with purchase and/or participation (or non-participation) in a promotional-related activity.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the GWP SOCKS PROMO and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to customers as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate customer details supplied to any customer by any third party connected with this gift with purchase promotion.
13. The GWP SOCKS PROMO is as stated, no other alternatives will be offered. It is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any gift with purchase with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with GWP SOCKS PROMO will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The GWP SOCKS PROMO terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
16. The customer agrees that the promoter may use his/her name and image in any publicity material relative to this GWP SOCKS PROMO. Any personal data relating to the customer or any other customers will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the customer’s prior consent.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social network.
18. Except as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 South Africa, the judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the GWP SOCKS PROMO will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Steve Madden South Africa reserves the right to substitute the GWP SOCKS PROMO for an alternative promo of equal or greater value should the promo promoted not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.
20. Steve Madden South Africa will not be held liable for any customer that provides incomplete or incorrect details and any technical glitches beyond its control.
21. All information relating to this GWP SOCKS PROMO and published on any promotional material shall form part of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
22. Steve Madden South Africa reserves the right to withhold the GWP SOCKS PROMO in the event that they reasonably believe, in their sole discretion, that the customer is not eligible to receive this gift with purchase, has contravened any of these.
Bundle Offers Terms and Conditions
1. Steve Madden South Africa is a nationwide retailer in the footwear industry that markets and sells footwear, handbags and accessories in South Africa that is owned by Steve Madden International.
2. The Steve Madden SM BUNDLE PROMO with and activity participation excludes any employees, agents of or consultants of Steve Madden South Africa (The Company), their subsidiaries, holding companies, divisions and/or associated companies or the advertising, promotion or sales agencies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters, or their spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners.
3. The SM BUNDLE PROMO commences on 15 – 25 MAY 2025.
4. This promotional campaign is valid only during the specified promotional period or while stocks last — whichever comes first.
5. To qualify for the promotion, a minimum of two items must be purchased in a single transaction during the promotional period.
6. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotional campaigns.
7. Exchanges or returns on items purchased as part of this promotion are permitted only under the following conditions:

9. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear.
10. If only one of the qualifying items is returned, the promotional discount becomes void. The retained item will be charged at its full price, and any difference must be paid at the time of return.
11. To qualify for the SM BUNDLE PROMO, a customer must purchase 2 matching items on the Bundle Promo Styles list i.e. Possessions Black and Bevelyn Black or Glider Brown and Bjayde-5 Brown or Glider Black and Bstakes-5 Black.
12. Should any 1 out of the 2 items be refunded the discount will no longer be valid. If the one item is refunded, the customer will be charged full price for the other item and only get refunded the difference.
