LOGGING YOUR ONLINE RETURN

We gladly accept returns subject to the conditions set out in our Returns Policy below. To log your return for a refund, please visit our Return Centre here. Should you wish to exchange your product for another, please visit your nearest Steve Madden retail store for assistance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RETURNING AND EXCHANGING PRODUCTS

Subject to the provisions below, you may only return Products purchased via the Website within 30 days from date of the Order confirmation provided that the Products:

are in their original purchased condition and packaging and have not been worn, used and/or are soiled;

have the price (swing) ticket and labels attached and have not been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to;

for health reasons no underwear, swimwear, pierced or body jewellery and/or soiled Products may be returned;

no gift cards can be refunded.

Notwithstanding the provisions above, we are not able to process any returns or exchanges between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Kindly note, exchanges may only be processed at a Steve Madden retail store. By making use of the online Return Centre, only refunds will be permitted subject to approval.

No returns or exchanges for Products purchased in a Steve Madden store can be made via the online Return Centre.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

All Products are guaranteed against defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery to you. Whilst we endeavour to deliver Products of the highest quality, if during the 6 month period, you believe your delivered Product is defective, you must complete a return via the online Return Centre and include images of the defects.

Products will not be regarded as defective where the fault in the Products results from normal wear and tear, negligence or damage arising from misuse and/or improper or inadequate care of the Products and/or where the Products have been altered and/or dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

If we are satisfied that the Product is defective and has not been altered, you have the option of having the Product repaired or replaced subject to stock availability, or the purchase price refunded to you, by means of your original method of payment.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made by crediting your original method of payment within 5 - 7 days from the date that the Product has been returned to Us.

If you paid the Product purchase price via EFT, we will require proof of your banking details and a copy of your identity document in order to verify your identity and banking details, and process the refund. No cash refunds will ever be made.
