ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
RETURNING AND EXCHANGING PRODUCTS
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 1.2 below, You may return or exchange purchased Products purchased via the Website within 30 days from date of the Order conformation by contacting Us on 010 900 1388 or email@example.com, provided that the Products:
are in their original purchased condition and packaging and have not been worn, used and/or are soiled;
have the price (swing) ticket and labels attached and have not been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to.
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1.1 above, We are not able to process any returns or exchanges between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.
In returning or exchanging Products purchased using a credit card or by means of an EFT payment, We can either arrange for the collection thereof or You can return them to any standalone Steve Madden store, provided that you are in possession of the invoice, which accompanied Your Product delivery.
Products purchased using Mobicred may not be returned or exchanged at a Steve Madden store and can only be returned or exchanged by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
No returns or exchanges for Products purchased in a Steve Madden store can be made via the online process.
All Products are guaranteed against defects for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery to You. Whilst we endeavour to deliver Products of the highest quality, if during the 6 month period, You believe Your delivered Product is defective, You must contact Us on 010 900 1388 or email@example.com and we will arrange for the collection of the Product.
Products will not be regarded as defective where the fault in the Products results from normal wear and tear, negligence or damage arising from misuse and/or improper or inadequate care of the Products and/or where the Products have been altered and/or dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If We are satisfied that the Product is defective and has not been altered, You have the option of having the Product repaired or replaced or the purchase price refunded to You, by means of your original method of payment.
Refunds will be made by crediting your original method of payment within 14 days from the date that the Product has been returned to Us.
If you paid the Product purchase price via EFT, we will require proof of your banking details and a copy of your identity document in order to verify your identity and banking details and process the refund. No cash refunds will ever be made.
