Delivery & Shipping Policy
Delivery is free on ALL orders over R750. If your order value is less than R750, the delivery fee will be will confirmed at the final order confirmation stage.
Deliveries on all successful purchases will be made between 3 – 7 working days, except during Sales and Special Events when delivery may take up to 10 working days.
If longer delays are anticipated, you will be notified.
All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only.
The buyer or a person authorised to accept delivery on the buyer’s behalf, must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation ("Delivery Address"). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification.
If we are unable to deliver within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you and either process a refund immediately or arrange the delivery of another product, to the same value.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, as well as a tracking number and link to track your order.
