DELIVERIES

Delivery is free on all orders over R900 and accordingly, if your order value is less than R900, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to You.

Delivery of your order will be made 3 to 10 business days from the date that your order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 21 business days. We do not guarantee that your order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.

Your order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and You, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of your order.

Two attempts will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or we may elect to cancel your order, in which event we will refund the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

Once you order has been fulfilled and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipping details, a tracking number and a link to track your order.

DELIVERY AND PARCEL ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Our appointed courier partner will deliver your parcel to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. All parcels are dispatched in a courier fly bag sealed with a Security Seal notice. In the event, that the parcel you receive does not contain the Security Seal notice, please open the parcel in the presence of the courier to confirm that the contents match your order, or reject the delivery and hand the parcel back to the courier before accepting the delivery. Customers are required to inspect the parcel carefully and read the instructions on the Security Seal prior to accepting delivery. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of each order. Each parcel is checked, verified, and securely sealed prior to leaving our fulfilment facilities.

If, upon delivery, the parcel appears to be tampered with, damaged, or does not match the expected weight as indicated on the Security Seal, you are strongly advised to open the parcel in the presence of the courier driver. Should the contents not correspond with your order, you must refuse delivery and immediately return the parcel to the courier driver. By accepting delivery of the parcel, you confirm that you have inspected the parcel, read and understood the instructions on the Security Seal, and accept the parcel in its delivered condition.

Any discrepancies, shortages, or concerns regarding missing or incorrect contents must be reported to us in writing within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery of the parcel. Claims received after this period will not be accepted, and the contents of the parcel will be deemed to have been received in full and in good order.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), you have the right to receive goods that are of good quality, in working order, and free of defects. Risk Transfer: Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the parcel. From that moment onward, the customer assumes full responsibility for the goods, and the company shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or shortages occurring thereafter.
