IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

You may return Products, which You have purchased in standalone stores for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided that:

the Products are in their original purchased condition and packaging and have not been worn or used;

the price (swing) ticket and labels are attached to the Products or its packaging;

the original till slip accompanies the return and the Products are returned in the original country of purchase;

for health reasons no underwear, swimwear, pierced or body jewellery and/or soiled Products may be returned;

Products that have been altered, repaired, incorporated or added to may not be returned;

no gift cards can be refunded.

You can return defective Products, for a replacement, repair or refund, within 6 months of the date of purchase or date of delivery for lay-by purchases, provided that You bring Your proof of purchase.

If You choose to have a defective good repaired, the repaired item will have a 3 month warranty in respect of the repairs and if the repaired item is still defective after the repair, You will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

Products will not be regarded as defective where the fault in the Products results from normal wear and tear, negligence or damage arising from misuse and/or improper or inadequate care of the Products and/or where the items have been altered and/or dealt with or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Where applicable, We will refund You the purchase price, which You paid for the returned Products, as follows:

cash and debit purchases will be refunded to You in cash;

credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used to make the initial purchase;

account purchases made via RCS will be refunded by crediting Your RCS account; and

gift card purchases will be refunded either by crediting the gift card used to make the initial purchase or by issuing of a new gift card.

Any Products purchased online using Mobicred may not be returned or exchanged at a standalone Steve Madden store and can only be returned or exchanged by contacting info@stevemadden.co.za.
