3.Steve Madden South Africa do not take responsibility for personal loss, injury, or death during Steve Madden Woolworths purchases. Steve Madden South Africa accepts no liability whatsoever for the misuse of the purchase items and cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction concerning quality.
4.Steve Madden South Africa is not responsible for inaccurate customer details supplied to any customer by any third party connected with this purchase.
5.The Steve Madden Woolworths purchase terms and conditions will be governed by South African law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
6.Except as provided for in the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 South Africa, the judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the Steve Madden Woolworths purchase will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.Woolworths purchases are not accepted in any Steve Madden stores.
